Ordering Policies and Procedures
Tips, reservoirs and other consumable items can be ordered within the United States in the following ways. If you are outside the USA and would like to place an order, please contact your local distributor. If you are outside the USA and need help processing an order you can also contact Apricot Designs and we will assist you immediately.
- By emailing your purchase order (email@example.com).
- By filling in the web form at the bottom of this page.
- By faxing in your purchase order (626-966-3200).
- By phoning in your purchase order (626-966-3299).
- By mailing in your purchase order.
- By mailing a check payable to "Apricot Designs" (if you prefer not to order via purchase order). Your order will be shipped once your check has cleared. If you prefer to pay by EFT/Wire transfer, please contact the Apricot Designs accounting office at 626-966-3299 to make arrangements.
Apricot Designs now accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard credit orders via the telephone.

Returns require an authorization number issued by our company. All authorized returns must be unused in the original condition (factory fresh, original boxes, with all accessories). All authorized returns must be made within 30 days and must be shipped prepaid to the address we provide you with your authorization number. All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you meet the above guidelines, you may request an authorization number by clicking here and filling out the form with your name, the date of purchase, product description and reason for the return request. Returns without authorization will be refused.
To cancel an order not yet shipped contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 626-966-3299 . Please include the original Purchase Order number and Part Number(s) for items ordered . Order cancellations that have shipped but not delivered are also subject to a 20% restocking fee. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR PURCHASE ORDERS
Existing Apricot Designs customers please complete the order form below, including the purchase order (PO) number. All items in stock will be shipped and invoiced the same day the PO is received. If an item is not in stock you will be notified of the projected delivery date. If you have special shipping instructions and/or your billing address is different than your shipping address please make a note in the "additional comments" section.
If you are a new customer with Apricot please complete the fields below. In addition, we kindly request that you complete a "Apricot Customer Credit Application" form and return the form to us via fax or e-mail. We will respond promptly to your application and continue the process of your order once approved. Please note: If you have special shipping instructions and/or your billing address is different than your shipping address please make a note in the "additional comments" section.
